On the 10/10/10 at Sheffield Town Hall Wedding Fayre, I was asked to be part of a competition for one lucky couple to win a free wedding. This great prize was to be presented by The Lord Mayor & the package included: free chair covers from Love in a Mist, a bridal bouquet & top table arrangement courtesy of Katie Peckett, a free video by Firstsight Wedding Videos, free ceremony room hire & drinks reception at The Town Hall & a free Stress Free Day Package from me @ Unique.
I’ve never seen anyone so excited as the lucky winner, Rebecca Watkinson who couldn’t wait to call her fiancé, Richard Smith, with the good news. At first he thought she was joking..but soon realised that she was deadly serious & the planning began.
I helped Becky & Richard with many of their decisions & supplier choices & they were great fun to work with. Becky is extremely organised & had everything ordered in no time & my role was then to pull everything together to coordinate the big day. Becky was a truly worthy winner of the competition & I loved working with them both to ensure they had the day of their dreams…
