I met Beccy & her Mum at Christian's about 3 weeks before her wedding & on hearing that the previous planner had left at short notice, she promptly burst in to tears..not great for a first meeting! It's such an emotional time for a bride & the pressure is really on in the lead up to the big day (more reason to have a planner!) During the last few weeks there's so much to organise in a short time, there's no wonder they look for someone else they can rely on!
I worked with Beccy to ensure her day turned out how she planned it & that meant that in those 3 weeks, I had to: book white linen / organise a marquee / plan the timings of the day to ensure that everything flowed smoothly & the pianist / casino / band & DJ that were booked, knew when to set-up & source 100 Martini glasses!. It was a fantastic day & if you take a look at the photos, you'll see how happy they both were!
